Good News Lutheran School staff and students have access to a flexible
and responsive support system. The eSchool.net.au project offers three support options.
Staff and students can email questions or fault reports at any time. Email helpdesk response times are
usually within one hour during school hours. Out of hours response times may vary.
Staff can call the eSchool helpdesk 24 hours / 7 days a week to access phone support.
Digital Literacy Mentor support
Staff and students can arrange one-to-one, or small group support under the Digital Literacy Mentor program. More than 20% of GNLS Staff, a number of Students and our HelpDesk Staff are Digital Literacy Mentors.
