Loyd has been a principal in both the State and Independent school sectors. His experience in Lutheran schools spans Victoria, South Australia, and now at Middle Park Queensland where he has served for the past 9 years. One of Loyd's special interests in education is 'Values Education' particularly as it relates to primary schools and it is in this area that he completed his doctoral dissertation. Developing children as life-long learners and offering children the chance to know, and respond to, the unconditional love of our Saviour Jesus Christ are two abiding passions for Loyd.

Joy has had wide experience in education in New Zealand, Tasmania and Queensland. Her specialised qualifications are in Special Education and Gifted Education and these remain active professional interests for Joy.
Joy has general oversight of the curriculum and its active application to all students. In this capacity, Joy has close working ties with parents and those who support the education of our children particularly in the areas of Speech, Occupational and Counselling support agencies.
Joy invests a considerable amount of her time visiting classrooms, encouraging teachers and, whenever possible, assisting them in their professional development.
Joy brings to her work a love for learning, a love for the children in our school and a love for her Lord.

Ana has worked in various customer service and secretarial positions both in Australia and overseas. She has always enjoyed the interaction with people and this position is particularly rewarding because she is dealing with children as well as adults.
Ana thoroughly enjoys the diverse nature of her role, which involves so many different aspects including reception duties, database maintenance, school processes, newsletter, enrolments and first aid.
Ana is a Digital Literacy Mentor.

Sam is the ICT Manager and eSchool.net.au Project Leader at Good News Lutheran School. Sam has been a Digital Literacy educator and researcher in the Primary and Tertiary Education sectors for more than 15 years. His synergetic skill sets of teaching and ICT management bring a highly qualified and innovative perspective to the school.
Sam is a Digital Literacy Mentor.

Peita was born and educated in Brisbane where she also began her teaching career. During her twenty five years as an educator, Peita has taught most primary year levels and worked in both EdQ and Lutheran Education schools in many parts of Queensland. Classroom teaching, particularly working with young adolescents and curriculum implementation, are the two areas of great interest to her. She endeavours to provide stimulating, rigorous classroom experiences to enhance student success, love of learning and their knowledge of and relationship with Jesus. Since becoming Curriculum Coordinator, Peita has been involved in the implementation of new syllabus material and working closely with teachers on their planning and curriculum delivery. Peita considers it a privilege to work in a school which genuinely cares about the spiritual, intellectual, social and emotional development of each of its students.

Michael has worked in administrative and operational management roles in private enterprise and government for the past 20 years and brings a wealth of diverse experience to the position of Business Manager. Michael manages the overall business operation of the school including financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, development and maintenance of facilities, and marketing. Michael's focus is to ensure the provision of a quality school environment that supports and enhances the educational goals.

Jill commenced employment at Good News in 1996, after convening Tuckshop for 2 years. She provides support to both administration and the teaching staff.
Jill enjoys the variety of tasks offered her in this position. She is also an active member of the school's P & F Association.

Robyn commenced employment at Good News in 1993 after working at a Special School for 5 years. She fulfils a variety of support tasks at our school – in Administration, Year 7, Curriculum and Gifted and Talented.
In particular, Robyn enjoys working with the Year 7 students as they complete their final year of primary school.
Robyn is a Digital Literacy Mentor.

Christine joined Good News Lutheran School in November 2006. She is a Chartered Accountant and was previously working as an auditor specialising in independent schools and not-for-profit organisations.
Christine is responsible to the Business Manager for operational, administration and financial matters including fee collection, payment of accounts and financial reporting.
