Our guest came in to show us how to make Chinese meat buns.
First, we tasted the food and wrote down what ingredients we thought were in it.
Second, Mrs Lin – our guest, revealed the answer when we got each ingredient right.
Last, she showed us how to pinch the dough around the filling, then she put the bun into the steamer to cook for 13 minutes.
Everyone loved the food!
